5. CONTINUING EDUCATION AND CONTACT HOURS
Some Choice Medical Institute courses may be approved to award nursing continuing professional development contact hours.
The number of contact hours, approval information, activity availability period, and criteria for successful completion will be stated within the applicable course and/or learner disclosure.
Learners are responsible for completing all requirements associated with the specific continuing education activity.
For The Psychiatric Documentation Masterclass, successful completion for 3.0 nursing contact hours requires completion of all required course modules and activities, achievement of a minimum score of 80% on the final post-test, and submission of the required course evaluation.
A Certificate of Completion documenting nursing contact hours will be issued only after all applicable completion requirements have been satisfied.
Merely purchasing, enrolling in, viewing, or partially completing a course does not entitle a learner to continuing education contact hours or a certificate.
Certificates will reflect the learner name supplied for certificate issuance and the actual date of successful completion.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that their name is entered correctly before claiming a certificate.
6. CONTINUING EDUCATION APPROVAL
Where applicable, the individual course will display the approved continuing education statement associated with that activity.
For The Psychiatric Documentation Masterclass:
This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Pennsylvania State Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Approval of an educational activity does not constitute endorsement of any product, service, clinical treatment, business, or commercial interest.
7. ASSESSMENTS AND COURSE COMPLETION
Learners must personally complete required examinations, quizzes, evaluations, assignments, attestations, or other activities.

9. REFUND POLICY
